Man I know how you feel, my dad walked out on me when I was 4 ;( . And yeah it’s affected me a lot in terms of both social skills and I can’t really trust many people either, also have no one to talk to. Meh whatever. That’s life I guess. Yeah he also came back a few times and just kept leaving which left me confused and upset. Apparently I used to look for him in drawers and other strange place, indeed it does do a lot to a child.
