How To Fix USB Device Not Recognised In Windows 11

Instead of the 1st type c port i connect my OnePlus 100w charger to the 2nd type c port (thunderbolt 4) of my strix g16. And i got a notification sayin' " USB device not recognized The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it. " and now when i tried to use my pendrive in that port it's not working. is there any way to fix this or is it permanently damaged? Please HELP!

I don’t even have a usb option by power plan, and I’m using windows 11, i don’t know man, this pc is just trash, cause the usb controller was literally working not to long ago, now this damn notification keeps popping up whenever I plug it in, smh

You can add it what I did is search it up how to add it on TH-cam I searched usb won’t pop up on battery plan settings something like that
