Smart watch with a touch screen DZ09 - do not turn on - 2.

After two charges, via USB, the watch does not turn on and does not charge.
Attempt to charge with USB CABEL from the delivery Smart watch with touch screen DZ09:
1. from Samsung Adapter
2. from PC - USB port
when charging, the watch does not turn on,
when you press the main button - nothing is visible on the watch screen.

Same watch, Tried to turn it on didn't work. My problem was the battery needed charging first, Just plug the USB in and let it charge.

If the battery is there just remove the battery and press switch for 15 sec then charge with no battery and as it is charging put the battery there it would work my only problem is how to fix my smartwatch touch pls do you know where
to fix😔😔

I have a slightly older version dz09. It turns on. The backlight is so dim I cave see the screen. Looking for a fix so I can update it and give it to one on the kids... if you're able to assist please let me know.

then take out the battery plug in the watch with no battery hold power button for 12 sec and put in the battery and it works
