That could work good on my garden tractor when im not running it much in the winter i could keep a eye on the battery voltage if i need to run it some or put it on the charger for a bit.
2000 dodge Dakota 5.9 she’s dead now I had the exact problem you said in video with corrosion on the battery because it sat for winter replaced battery and turns on but immediately turns off as soon as I let go of the key will this work?
@Time2shine2k4 it definitely will. I would check all the positive and negative wires and where they connect (fuse box) it would seen to me like if it cranks but doesn't keep running with a new battery then the issue lies somewhere else.
Hello,I fitted one of these yesterday,I had 89 % SOC when I left for a drive,I did 20 miles at an average speed of 50 mph,When I got home my SOC was at 76%!!!!,Do you know if this is because it isn’t calibrated properly yet,It shouldn’t draw that much power,Should it ??.The sticky pad is for fixing the transmitter to the battery,I used isopropyl alcohol to clean my battery first before I put it on the battery.,Great video.Any ideas on this post please.
Thank you! and yeah, that sticky isolator will also transfer heat better, giving a better reading. But that is kinda normal. It has to learn your vehicles charging system. Thank you so much for watching! Feel free to ask anything else!
@@neilrobinson5115 it basically did that because it can't tell right off the bat what type of battery you are running so it kind of guesses until it learns all of the different parameters of the charging system
@@Blownproductions Thanks,There isn’t a lot of info out there on this unit,And I’ve read ANCEL customer services are not that helpful,I just wondered why I didn’t get some charge in my battery instead of a draw .
This is awesome quality video!
@@FLUX-qx6wr FLUX!!! Thank you!!!
Top notch production!! This looks great!
@@SilvermoonLillymagical Thank you!
Not bad for 40 bucks. The production value just keeps getting better btw. 👍
Thank you so much! I really appreciate that! 🙏😃
Agreed!
I like that it keeps the cranking voltage on the screen! That alone is worth the $40!
@@FLUX-qx6wr yeah, that might be my favorite thing about it.
I'm LOVING this channel!
Thank you!!!😀
Good stuff
Thank you!

@@Time2shine11 I would also look at the gas in the truck and try to see if it's getting spark.
Also maybe check if something made a home in the airbox or intake tubes.
@@BlownproductionsI had the same issue before it was the battery connectors
I would check all the connections. A Bad chasis ground will do it too.

@@Blownproductions Thankyou,That’s right,My battery is an Exide AGM 95mah,Big battery,Hopefully it will calibrate soon
this is constantly pulling power from your battery
get two volt meters
