This is what photography should be about! Not just taking pretty pictures, but presenting images - photographs - that are thoughtful to begin with and then require the viewer to think again. The rainbow lighting/8 sec shutter speed photograph is awesome. Inspired me to get off my proverbial and think about doing things differently.

You my friend have a gift! These are super creative and well thought out. Well done! As a side note. Holy cow that A7 is a work horse. That sensor is just incredible. That "grave" shot.... ISO 100, 1/4000 shutter speed, F4, and you still got great contrast and depth of field. I am guessing you had to custom white balance this, yes? I mean it's brilliant! Take the low light gathering ability of the mirrorless but shoot directly at the sun while being completely stopped down... genius!

Yes ! Always shot in RAW, manual mode. Start with a 24-70 lens to hve more options to shot. Find for different angles and blur the background taking focus in the firstground. If you take a look in my other videos theres a lot of tips 😉
