No. Scratch that out. My first serious role was a mute guy who had his face Stoic and serious all the time, I was afraid that I'm going to crack all the time and screw up my part. But this time it was serious filming and that kinda kept me from laughing. Even when I acted directly with my friends with who I joke a lot, knowing that it's a serious roll now kinda made us all take it seriously, and we all did our part without any issues, no laughing no mistakes. So my advice is, it's just going to be easy when the real thing comes, some people are just trying to force this as a serious issue more than it really is. Couple of first times get it right and later on it's just like a switch. Good luck to all.

I searched it up because I didn’t think my scene was funny. My class surprised me and I laughed along for a second. You know though, it isn’t embarrassing, it’s refreshing, practicing in front of other peers. I found one comment saying that flaring your nose helps as a replacement for smiling btw. 😊

I used to play a game called sausages at my drama class when I was younger and every time somebody asked a question you had to reply with sausages without smiling. It helped me so much now I think about it.
