Crazy! I live in NW Ohio and my daughter goes from Labor Day week to Memorial Day. We've definitely been busy with some of my parents' health issues, working full time, camping one week, finishing softball, starting cheer, town festival, playdates, and trying to keep up with the house and yard!
Hi Amy! I feel you with the extra laundry loads. One money saving tip I can give you as someone on the Texas grid and dealing with the power outages of Beryl is to wash at night. It has helped lighten the load of my electric bill. I do my 1st load at 9pm and fold it after the kids are down (catching up on my shows). I set the 2nd to run around 6am as well as delay the dishwasher to run. It’s all still good even if I don’t get to it until 8am. Has helped a lot.

Love summer! My girl is 13 this summer too! I used to do balloons with my theme but hear me out, my friend switched to themed Floats and its been amazing and we can reuse them!! For example we did a Luau and had the floaty palm trees and pineapples and flamingos! It was a huge hit and so fun! We propped or taped them up then used them in the pool, it was stinking cute! ❤happy birthday to your babies!

I moved out of my home by June 21, then moved into my new home June 26. So all of June and July has been unpacking and setting up my home. It has been a lot since I didn’t rid out much. So as I unpack boxes I have donation boxes, box up for 2 family donations that are in need that I shared kitchen items, bedding, baby clothes(all sizes),holiday decor. and adult clothes. I also given away table & chairs, 2 big chairs, chest for clothes and small end tables. I have also parted with some like new little tike toys. Our family fitted in an overnight camping trip. Next we are going to go north to scout around for a two day trip. I teach so our school starts July 31st for teachers.
My to do list is mostly finished laundry (at least or now), make my bed, and wipe down the living room. I did a big clean of it yesterday. I do have to find the rest of my fall decorations, but that won't be until later this week. I also have to do a clean of the kitchen counters. I have an appointment later today. My summer is going well. I live in Arizona, so it is hot. Found out last Tuesday my daughter is on the autism spectrum, so trying to get a set routine and my body doesn't want to adjust. I do have to put up shelves and two other items then my living room "make over" will be done. After that my only other project is to paint my daughter's room. I do need to do a deep clean o her room. She is 2 and a half. But once done I am done on home projects and can focus on enjoying it.
Super late watching this our kids start school on August 1 so I’m way behind but our school sends out a generic list of basic school supplies and the back to school even (2 days before school) they actually give us the list for each classroom so it’s kinda hard for us to shop early since the two list never actually line up! Our to do today is going to the lake to ride on our new to us boat! And enjoy our last bit of summer!
I was a career mom who traveled for work-my kids are grown, I’ve retired, and I’ve realized that I am the world’s worst housekeeper! Thanks for always making it not seem overwhelming. Your routine and organization is motivating me to start decluttering (after I sold my parent’s house I inherited so many antiques, the family photo albums, my mom’s jewelry, cashmere sweaters and her shoes I liked, every thing my dad kept as mementos, and the huge family genealogy work my dad did- my house is FULL)!
Hi Amy, the girls talking about their bracelet store would be so precious to hear. How cute. I, too, started getting school supplies, but it seems like our lists are so much more. I still have to get uniforms when the store opens. I only have one left wearing uniforms, and the other two are in high school, and they just have to wear any college shirt or sweatshirt. Summer has gone by way too fast! My daughter moves back to college this weekend, and my son starts his senior year in 3 weeks. We’ve made the most of it with beach trips and lake days!

I am getting my daughter for scout camp this weekend,my son is at camp now with my husband they come back this weekend. Then we are going to Portugal same day my daughter gets back from camp. Hi Amy I'm almost done with watching "The Following" with Keven Bacon it is a 3 year series and even though it ran from 2013-2016 I had never watched it and my oldest daughter recommended this show. It is very good keeps your interest. As far as audible books go i love every book by Nora Roberts you have referenced some of her books in your past videos. Nora Roberts is also know as J. D. Robb who has her own series of books. Even though both authors are one of the same I have enjoyed both of their contents as they are so different. I might be mistaken but I think you mentioned that you watch Bridgeton. I too watch the show but since it's been off until the next season I have been listening to the audiobooks I believe there might be about eight books I think I'm finishing up book four or five right now. The books are much more detailed and storyline is a little different from the movie but I think the books are better I have also noticed the first three or four books in the sequence there's no charge through Amazon audible at least I was not charged for any credits I hope this information helps you. I always enjoy your cleaning videos as well as your other mix up of videos. I too constantly listen to audibles when I'm cleaning It helps me complete my cleaning in no time. Hi Amy I'm almost done with watching "The Following" with Keven Bacon it is a 3 year series and even though it ran from 2013-2016 I had never watched it and my oldest daughter recommended this show. It is very good keeps your interest. As far as audible books go i love every book by Nora Roberts you have referenced some of her books in your past videos. Nora Roberts is also know as J. D. Robb who has her own series of books. Even though both authors are one of the same I have enjoyed both of their contents as they are so different. I might be mistaken but I think you mentioned that you watch Bridgeton. I too watch the show but since it's been off until the next season I have been listening to the audiobooks I believe there might be about eight books I think I'm finishing up book four or five right now. The books are much more detailed and storyline is a little different from the movie but I think the books are better I have also noticed the first three or four books in the sequence there's no charge through Amazon audible at least I was not charged for any credits I hope this information helps you. I always enjoy your cleaning videos as well as your other mix up of videos. I too constantly listen to audibles when I'm cleaning It helps me complete my cleaning in no time. Hi. There are 3 jurassic World movies but there are also the earlier one 3 of them called jurassic Park the originals one from 1993 1997 2001 I believe they are so much better than the jurassic worlds. You really need to watch those. Thank you.
