Ira Singhal उन IAS story में से एक है जिनकी कहानी आपको रोज़मर्रा में सुनने को नहीं मिलेगी| Ira Singhal की ये कहानी है जोश और हिम्मत की,उनके IAS Topper बनने तक के सफर की Ira Singhal ने 2010 में ही सिविल सेवा परीक्षा पास कर ली थी और वे IRS पद पर नियुक्ति कीहकदार थी लेकिन शारीरिक रूप से विक्लांग होने के कारण डिपार्टमेंट ने उनकी नियुक्ति पर रोक लगा दी| लेकिन उन्होंने हार नहीं मानी और उन्होंनेCAT मेंमामला दर्ज कराया | CAT का फैसला Ira Singhal के पक्ष में आया और उन्हें IRS पर नियुक्त किया गया |
कई मुसीबतों के बावजूद Ira Singhal ने प्रयास जारी रखा और फिर से सिविल सेवा की परीक्षा दी| उन्होंने Civil Service Exam में Top कर, फिरसे यह साबित कर दिया कि भले ही वे शारीरिक रूप से थोड़ी कमज़ोर है लेकिन मानसिक रूप से वे बेहद शक्तिशाली है|
उनके 3 बार जी जान लगा के कोशिश करने के बाद हर बार IRS मिला पर उनका aim क्लियर था की उन्हें IAS ही बनना है और Ira ने लगातार बिना हिम्मत हारे कोशिश करी और 4th attempt में IAS बनने का goal achieve किया |
Ira Singhal is one of those IAS stories that you will not get to hear every day. This is the story of Ira Singhal's passion and courage and her journey to becoming an IAS Topper. Ira Singhal had passed the Civil Services Examination in 2010 and she was eligible for appointment to the post of IRS but due to being physically handicapped, the department had put a hold on her appointment. But she did not give up, she filed a case in CAT. CAT's decision came in favour of Ira Singhal and she was appointed as an IRS.
Despite numerous troubles, Ira Singhal kept on trying and again took the civil services exam. By topping the Civil Service Exam she again proved that although she might be a little weak physically but not mentally.
After trying thrice she got IRS every time but her aim was clear, she must become an IAS. Ira continuously tried without losing courage and achieved the goal of becoming an IAS on her 4th attempt.

@@Revolutionary.Indian_ reservation just an excuse who can’t make it …. Otherwise there are many people from general category itself and made it smoothly to whatever position they want .. they don’t cry here there and makes excuses on reservations and top of it reservations don’t help you in ias … it just work as a ladder in prelims apart from this reservation won’t give you AIR1 so just accept the fact she was hardworking unless like you people 🙏
@@Dhriti665 I'm not against her. But the thing is the injustice in the application of reservation policies. Tina dabi whose father and sister is IAS wouldn't have passed the prelims without reservation. Whereas many people who deserves reservation aren't getting proper representation. And it's a known fact that reservation and meritocracy are poles apart.
