जब इंसान यूपीएससी परीक्षा में चयनित हो जाता है तो , जब वो सो रहा होता है तो सपने में भी प्रश्न हल कर रहा होता है। दौड़ने के समय करेंट अफेयर्स पढ़ता है। खाते वक्त इंटरव्यू कि तैयारी करता है। मतलब देवता हैं सब सब सेवा कर रहे होते हैं देश कि बस जिला मिलने से पहले होता है ये बाकी दो चार अफसरों को छोड़ कर बाकी कि न्यूज तो आयकर विभाग से आ ही जाती है। हद है यार जो लोग दस साल बाद भी खाली हाथ रह जातें खत्म हो जाते हैं बेचारे
