The two songs from this album you really need to hear are "Your Stories I'll Remember" and "Maiden and the Child." The first is more of a ballad, the second is hype. From their old music, I'd say check out "Sacrificium," "Come With Me," and "Nightfall."

From what I have read this is Xandria's first album back from a pretty lengthy hiatus. They have a completely new line up. Everyone is new except for the song writer, Marco Heubaum who is one of the guitarists. This album though is their highest ranked album on music charts in their history so they have come back with a banger! I highly recommend listening to more of this album its quite good! Their new vocalists is very talented and can switch between vocal styles too can do it all.
They keep having to change their lineup because, from what past members have said, Marco is a huge asshole who treats everyone else like shit. They only get 1-2 albums per vocalist because they were treating them so horribly they were had to quit for their own mental health. I love the music but I wish I could say the same about the band itself.
Xandria are a German band, I believe. Been around for quite awhile, maybe not as long as Nightwish or Within Temptation, but not far behind them. They've been through a plethora of singers...I think at least 5...this gal is the latest singer.

Music is still going strong, although I have to say that this singer is a little on the light side for the band - or maybe it's the mic editing, I'm not sure. Previous singers had a stronger voice. They change lead vocalists more often than I change my underwear!
I am not going to watch this. Xandria has a consistent history of abusing their (female) singer. First Lisa left. Their best album was sung by Manuela Kraller, one of the most beautiful sopranos I have ever heard. They forced her out and replaced her with Dianne van Giersbergen, a Dutch classically trained soprano who had done some exciting work with Ex Libris. She got fired for the temerity of asking for more rest between performances. I was quite elated to see them go silent after that for a long time, but was very sad to see that they had found a new potential victim.
Don't blame you I totally understand. But hopefully fingers crossed Ambre will stay maybe little longer . She's got such amazing voice. It's really good band but with some human factor issues .... We will see. Atm last album is very good Also new single Universal Pure epicness 🔥🎼🎶🎧
