What transmission do you run? What kind of power can it handle??

I run a BTE Top Sportsman Powerglide. Good for 2000 plus HP. They’re priced about the same as everyone else’s PG so I figured WTH. I have one in my son’s 900 hp BBC bracket car and another one in my 600 hp ish turbo LS Duster bracket car. They seem bullet proof so far.

Heck yeah good ol PG gets work done as well. Especially if you have em built to that point no doubt!

I considered coan behind rossler or a local place. What makes coan better? Some places get greedy with their costs on these builds

They are local to me. They've always done a great job on my stuff, parts have been flawless and believe it or not most transmission companies use their parts in them as well! You'd be surprised how many racers out there are using their stuff.

Looks like I’m going to need to get ahold of #mybuddytodd for some upgrades

Doesn't first require to make 1200hp to answer the question

Mine is built to handle it. Also laid out options for folks making less or who might want to overbuild
