(www.firegrooveg...) This staff spinning lesson is critical in understanding the connection between a forwards and backwards weave using the two propeller grips (palm up and palm away). This is a foundation fire dancing move and can be done in Clockwise connecting a R forwards with a L backwards and also in counter clockwise connecting a L forwards with a R backwards.
