Contact Staff Tutorial: Angel Roll

Angel Rolls are one of the most beautiful contact staff moves. In this tutorial we'll learn how to do an Angel Roll - a trick where the staff rolls vertically from one hand, down the arm, behind the head and back up the other arm. Some people find this move easy, but if you're like me, it might take you a while to get it down.
