Malabar is mostly rural residential with all the shopping and dining happening in nearby Palm Bay. Malabar is the perfect place for those who love boating and fishing as Grant and Sebastian's public boat ramps are a few miles away. Malabar is also super close to I95 which makes it very convenient.
Love these video's Tim. Malabar, Florida, looks like is a rural and country town, full of nature and a peaceful way of life. Not many black people live there.
