This is a very well planned out home and I like all the running special features throughout the home such as the accent walls and those big drapes are very pretty. Also having that toilet and sink bathroom right near the pool area is a very good idea.

I am familiar with Casabella at Windermere as I visited the community & walked through the model home which is identical to the house in this video. In the model home in the master bedroom half bath, there was a glass door that allowed you to enter into the shower which was a great added touch. I look at real estate all the time & had looked at the pictures of this same house online just last week so I thought that was funny. I love the way you show the house because you actually show the closets while most other realtors don’t, so thank you for that.

Can't believe this house less than 2mil. My home 1.5mil in Silicon Valley, but very small only more 2k square feet 4bed, 2.5bat..... 6k lots size.... This is a beautiful house, I love it high ceilings and all doors 8 foot..... very good video.
Thanks for the kind comment Manh! I've had multiple buyers coming from the valley recently. One showed me a home close to where he lived that was under 2000 sqft and was offered at $3.9M. He ended up buying a 10K+ sqft home here with 325 feet of prime lakefront for 5.7M. What a difference. Plus the savings he has being we don't have state income tax. Everything in the house is beautiful, I had two things, the kitchen seemed too small say for a person whose into cooking, plus the main issue was in the master bedroom. The setting was beautiful but the sight of the tub threw me off. With all the amenities I was expecting a jetted tub. Special thanks to that person who did the two bathrooms in the master bedroom, really thoughtful. That u I will watch your channel going forward.

I notice on many videos on youtube, there are omissions of the surroundings of the homes. This looks like one of the rental communities in the Orlando metro areas. If that’s the case, that’s the reason for the house closeness. There’s a lot of customization but the lot sizes are restricted and parsed out by the builders when they develop the area. Just guesses, FL resident here. It’s a lovely home
Hi, this is actually a gated private residence in Windermere. The lots are quite big, especially for a relatively new home, a third of an acre to over half an acre. But the problem is these homes are so big they take up a good portion of the lot :). So they do make the lots look small and homes close to each other as you did correctly observe.

Considering the grandness and the price of the home, the kitchen was a let down, no wow factor.
