    I was called for disciplinary hearing after taking unauthorised leave. There was no investigation officer appointed. I was called for disciplinary after a couple of days off and there was no termination letter or appeal letter sent to me. It was crystal clear when I was called to meeting that I would not have a chance of attending because of the situation I was in

    I had to do other people's jobs one day on top of mine,while colleague's of mine were given permission to go home early, I had to finish their work too, this left me busy,stressed out and panicking, in the evening, my assistant, whose second day in the job it was ,let my assistant go early to catch their bus, I was never informed of this,because I was in a panic to finish on time , I swore at the my assistant for leaving early and for not helping me, but because they'd been given permission to go early, which I didn't know about, my management issued me with a 12 month written warning for using offensive language in the workplace, do you think this was fair?

    Madam, I am in public sector undertakings company in India. I had been taking self lease for a house of which home loan was taken by me. I was not residing at that house. Charge sheet has been issued to me
