A tier list for this would be rather useless because a lot of it depends on where you are in the game, who is your summoner, how you play the game, and what you already have. All of the tier 5 monsters in the selective have their purpose and is useful for them. You have to decide what your team is lacking and what needs a boost.

Small slip of words when talking about Woosa, I kept saying invincibility instead of immunity. I do this all the time on stream for some reason lol. Thanks to a commenter for pointing it out!
Also looks like most servers got Sekhmet as first banner, great banner to pull on. Woosa and Juno don't seem to be in the pool for selective summons yet, hopefully their banner is soon for you guys! Make sure to check the probabilities button to see what monsters are available at the moment for selective summons.

This was a much more informative video for this then I've seen others do. You break it down as to why you have to be....selective....with your selective summon. It has a lot to do with who you are rocking as your summoner, who you already have, and what you need. High versatility also factors in when you are free to play. You need to get the bang for your buck.
In my game, my first mystical summon free pull was Theomars. I held on to my 5 star choice ticket and my selective summons and haven't used either. So far my 5 star collection is:

Wind Ifrit Akhmamir
Water Vampire Liesel
Water Ifrit Theomars

Cleaf is my summoner, and taking everything into account I think Woosa might be the healer I am lacking as I don't really see one on my choice listing, but I already have ShuShu, LuLu, and Konamiya.
Maybe Anavel since she brings a strong skill set.
I was also thinking I could pick up Bastet from my ticket and then try for Sekhmet for my selective. Any thoughts?

As a summoners war pvp and rta top player is interesting to see this kind content because I never expected to start in a game without the enough amount of devilmons to raise 1 5* Hero. Just start in this SWC and did some rerolls using the Legendary Elemental Scrolls till I can get 1 or 2 5* of my favourites list and then think about who to choose from the selective summon. Have Woosa, Velajuel, Juno, Camila and Charlotte now without the Selective so was trying to aim for Bastet but still figuring out. Wish I can get my star unit from rta soon with the light and dark units!

It's true Sky Arena is all about rune farming and pick ban/decision making...oh and 22% haha. This game is a typical mmo all about resource management.

Thanks a lot for the advise. I want to ask an unrelated question. Do you think it's a good idea to switch to Europe server if i'm a beginner? I started playing this game 3 weeks ago on the US server so I haven't really progressed much, but I already managed to get five Nat5s including selective summon, in addition to a Transcendence scroll we got recently for some reason that I haven't opened yet. My friend insists on switching to Europe server but i'm not sure i'll be lucky to get this many Nat5s again.
My advice is switch to Europe server. If that’s going to be your home region, the community in this game has been really great and I wouldn’t want you to miss out on a great community there. This is a long term sort of game. Hopefully you’ll play for months if not years.. you’ll get plenty of 5* over there too
Thanks for your guides it helps me so far since day 1. i have a question which should I focus first Sekhmet or Bastet if I'm cleaf main I got lucky with summon duplicate them with scrolls so I will try to max one of them skills first.
As cleaf, both haha. Sekhmet first imo. Max skill one of them with devilmon the move to the next one. I like Sekhmet first because she steals buffs which is needed in Tear Glands rune cave.

Topher. I already used my selective summon in global version today. I pick Galleon the water pirate for my summoner orbia. Is this the good choice ? I saw galleon had a high tier rate with orbia. Is my choice is good ? If not should i reroll again and pick bastet ?

galleon is very good for the high damage burst comps with orbia, he is very meta, it's up to you he can still be pretty helpful during early game as well.
Oh damn already used it xD got Sian. Still only in the beginning I think, at act 1 chapter 36.
if rerolling would I still be able to get all bonus i got though this character on a whole new character or are some lost?
You could reset account if you want, not a big deal it’s a long term game so you’ll get plenty of other 5 stars.
Also man, does any monsters compare to Argen in PvE content, or does Argen simply does a lot more dmg compared to other dps on PvE content. Does he do double the dmg of other top dps in PvE or just 1.5x more. Need your help on this. New subscriber btw!
Argen does damage based on the number of harmful effects on a boss, so in a multi person raid there are typically lots of debuffs which sends his damage through the roof. Now a rune Dungeon boss like Spider Queen is just you in the dungeon so you don’t have as many de buffs so other dps could also work

I started to play this week but already use the selective and lock some notSoGreat monsters, time is not an issue for me but do you think i should reset my account or star a new one to save the selective? i'm barely lvl 20 on my account with two summoners on lvl 20ish, i aprecite your advice
I would keep it. This game is honestly very generous with five star monsters, lots of ways to get the ones you want by exchanging other ones. And with the one-year anniversary event going on right now you can basically pick two of your own five stars. It’s a marathon, not a race kind of game.

Im confused. Do I confirm the selective summon or not when I get a good 5 star? Will I be able to keep summoning once I confirm or is it just one and done? You mentioned getting multiple 5 stars over time but I had thought you only had one chance
Just a one and done. you have a chance of getting five stars from summoning regularly with mystical scrolls and legendary scrolls. The selective salmon is simply a early game freebie that I obviously I’m suggesting that you hold onto until later.

Just want to add, i've rerolled for 3 days, way over 50 rerolls with 6 guaranteed nat 4-5 summons each.
I just wanted something decent, not great, decent for pvp from a list of 15 monters i wanted.
It's absolutely insane the amount of useless nat 5 there is, so don't listen to "you will eventually get it", you will not.
With the amount of rerolls and quality of the scrolls used it's like i've spend many, many years
playing, also do not aim for pve nat 5s, you clear everything and more with the f2p mons.
Yea it’s all up to the rng, some people get something good in first roll other take 50+ rerolls, sorry that you got the bad end of the rng average. I honestly am not a reroll person I’ll grab the first thing I see and you’ll get plenty of nat5s in a couple weeks
Which one to summon for full PVE ?
As tank monster, at least for Orbia, i think the blue Gore is really good. You get him for free directly in the tutorial and i used him all the time on the US server. Great tank and he also can do some great damage. A lot people recommend the fire fairy but i found her really useless for my Orbia.
Yeah, especially has an Orbia, fire fairy is a little unnecessary in most cases. I will have to go back and look at water gore more closely. I kind of forgot about them after the first week or so.
i'm not sure but i think in this version you get ramahan instead
@@abortedButGoated yea that was one of the changes they made to global, wind doggo instead of gore, i think it's good wind doggo does alot.
@@abortedButGoated Yeah we get some green wolf whatever now in the tutorial. But we can get the blue gore from the first Monster Story now. But i got him also already before that from summons. Got the red Frankenstein first and thought alredy i would maybe take him, but then i got my Digitt .. and somehow i just like him more, i think he is way more durable and his main DPS skill is a fullcircle AoE.
@@tophersmurf Gores have been getting a run by another content creator that focuses more closely on free to play. While I didn't get one in my tutorial, the game is literally throwing them at me with every summoning pull I do. Chances are you'll get plenty of them which means easy to build/skill up.
Reroll 20 times for a particular monster, uff I did it way more. But I love todo that, so you do you I guess :).
You have more strength than I, friend! I summoned once and was lucky to pull theomars on my first pull.
Just played this, choosing cleaf and got Pirate Cptain Water and Desert Queen Fire). Should I create the 3star first instead of investing to two of them? Kinda confused.

If plan to re roll, when and where to start? Or is there no need for a re roll coz we should save the selective sunmons?
You can re roll at any time. So save it as long as you want. The re roll is a little side quest then you can come back and keep summoning, no matter how far you’ve progressed. It’s really nice actually
@@tophersmurf Why I cannot find the Delete button under setting on Mobile? Bottom left only has the “reset” button. Pressing it doesnt let me Delete Now. Is the delete function only available on PC?

My line up rn is Fire desert queen, water occult something girl, and a random 4 star. I currently have 40 ms. Should I save the scrolls or can I summon mons since Im still at the early stage of the game? I kinda want the water hell lady but idk if its alright and beneficial for me.
If you have sekmet and anavel (water occult) I would maybe save for the next banner, these are two great monsters that really balance your team. A nice support monster like Shannon (3 star) or Bastet (water desert queen) would be ideal. Do you guys have the Bastet event yet?

the regular one is bad in most gacha
ok so they gave you guys sek banner, nice! Regular is actually very important in this game for mid to late game as you need duplicates to make monsters stronger, can only get consistent duplicates through the altar blessing on the right side of summon screen. To answer your question though, go for sek banner, get at least one. Save your selective summon if you can for a couple weeks until you pull more nat5s.

unfortunately, I already rolled for my 5 nats and got blue archangel, blue pirate captain, green chimera, and red kobold bomber, can I continue with this or should I just get go a restart in another sever?

Topher. How much time i should spend / day to complete all the task, quest, daily dungeon,etc ?
Dailies can be done in like 45 minutes. All the extras, in order to be super efficient, you’re looking at at least an hour on top of that. That is one of the big issues with the game right now is that they do require quite a bit of time in order for you to keep up, especially as a free to play player but it is getting better since lunch with lots of quality of life changes and improved auto functions..

@@Kevin-cv1dj brawl for Orbia, is pretty varied she can either lean bruiser comps or high damage "cleave" team, right now immunity is king so Woosa is king, but don't think he is out yet. Fire Panda, water valkerye, juno, taor, wind panda, tesarion all really good for orbia. perfect team for my orbia, Juno, Woosa, Tesarion.

@@Kevin-cv1dj interesting I don't think woosa is available for EU, don't know why they got make it so dang different for everyone. For Brawl you're going to want a tanker or two, because you wasn't a solid 7-8 monsters to use incase your opponent picks you couple monsters. They are popular for a reason.
is galleon not a good monster to reroll for any summoner? I've heard from a lot of veteran players how good galleon and wondering why you didnt mention him.
He is very meta for PVP and useful in PVE he wouldn’t be bad as a first pick. Check your arena shop, his pieces were in the arena shop for a while on North America server. Not sure what you guys have in your arena shop.
It's better to use mystical scroll to summon on a specific unit banner or just do the regular banner? Since we are able to get LnD monster from mystical scroll (unlike Summoners War: Sky Arena where we only able to get LnD monster through LnD scroll). I know the specific banner also have a chance to get LnD monster, but the rates was lower than regular banner.
Depends on the banner, lots of content creators talk about how good a monster is when a banner comes out, we are not always right but, right now I think you have the Sehkmet banner, she is 💯worth it!
I managed to pull anavel, Bastet, and sekhmet on the NA server. Is there any order I should prioritize in dumping my resources? Or should I chase for argen with the selective summon?
That’s a super great team moving forward, I wouldn’t put a bunch of resources into them just yet since they’re five stars, and it takes a lot of resources. But yeah, Argen would be a great selective summon.
@@tophersmurf yeah I think the only thing I’m curious about is how of much of a high priority is it to work on a 3* Kona and Shannon and Iselia? I’m still relatively new but I do have enough resources to evolve two of those 5* nat to 6* and awaken to possibly A9. Would a fully awakened and evolved Kona/Iselia/Shannon still be better? Or can a 6* A9 Anavel/Bastet, or Sekmet would be able to carry me through the story? Or should I go ham to chase and work on Argen due to his raid potentials via select summon ? I do have a Naomi 5* that I can get to 6* and possibly fully awaken too.
@@calvinhang after a couple weeks you’ll have more mats to level up your 5 stars. Still think it’s best to lvl up and skill up Kona Shannon and Isalia, even get them to awaken 13+ they are so cheap and have so much value. After a couple weeks you can start putting mats into your great nat 5s and start replacing your 3*s over time. It’s not a sprint. 👍🏻

No, you don’t need to start over. You will get lots of 5 star monster by playing the game and participating in events. One monster is not going to stop you from enjoying the game.
i pick orbia. luckily i got woosa and argen. i already 2/3 to complete my line up.
Excellent then you get Bastet from event and your set! I still make sure to build 3/4 star monsters early game five stars are too expensive to build early game

Just wondering, you say wait, which I totally agree with as for one....I have next to none as far as experience goes with this game. However, can't we just do the reset quest?
You can only do the reset quest if you’ve used all 30 of your summons. Basically you didn’t like any of the ones that you summon so you do the repeat quest and get another chance of 30 but once you pick one, then it’s done. So all I’m saying is don’t confirm one for a little while.
Quite strange while my selective summon doesnt have those monsters that u listed... Is this outdated or im messing up rn lol
Some of the monsters like Juno and and Woosa can’t be gotten through selective summon but they can be gotten through the 5 star selector ticket which is a coupon code, all the codes are in the discord.

Something I don't understand as a new player (started yesterday) is that I can't find a way to NOT do the selective summon as you advise. My "tutorial quest" is "summon monster" and I can't seem to be able to continue the story without doing it...I'd like to skip it as you mentioned but I feel like they changed how it works...Anybody has the answer ? Thanks !

yea as monsters get added to the game they eventually get added to the selective summon pool, if you save it for that long.

typically any quests would appear at the top left under your map, either in green, blue, orange, or purple.

yea every server is starting fresh, so new accounts would be required. There is no transfer of accounts to a new server.

I might be wrong but I don't think Juno or Woosa are available through Selective Summons. I could be wrong, and if I am I really feel like I need to reroll for one of them 🤣🤣🤣 Maybe Global has them?
yea wasn't sure who would be available at the start, which is honestly more reason to save it, couple months in and you got lot's more options.

Ive gone tank main character, chasun as my nat 5 pulled wind vampire but i think his more mid to end scaling i picked shumar for dmg and working on pulling fire polar queen for my banner unit

@@vonesguerra-ud6tg Kina is the weakest right now, not my a lot though. The top pvp rank was held by a Kina for like 2 weeks. But Orbia is best, Cleaf is next, then Kina. They will get buffs and nerfs over time so I'm sure Kina will be OP at some point just like cleaf was when the game started in NA.

I think ppl should clear the story, area exploration, monster stories, etc etc on all 3 summoners before using the selective summon. Too much opportunity cost using it earlier imo

Yea if you haven’t confirmed it yet and received your monster you can keep going! There is a small quest to get and additional 10x 10 pull summons.

You can complete the quest you are referring to with any summon, we've had this question before. I still my selective summon on my alt account a month later.

what about Ariel as tank/healer
Ariel is still onethe best healers in the game and is an S tier monster for supporting and tanking.

@@tophersmurf I'm using Orbia and I have fire bastet , wind vampire and Ariel as y main team but I change to iselia , garuda and shanon cause I don't have the resources to full upgrade the 5 star team and I didn't end the main history.
Yea i wouldn't worry too much about mistakes, it's a long term kind of game that you will hopefully enjoy for a while. You can just click always and then summon a unknown or mystical scroll

@@zaza905 bro you can summon in any banner to get past that "summon monster"quest...that quest is just a trap to force you summon in the selective 30/30 banner...but you can summon in any other banner to complete that quest and continue with the story...

Guys, it's a pc game 😂 you can't enjoy playing mobile where it originally should be played. It's very non optimized unlike genshin. Dang it, the gameplay would've been great
I have to agree. I can’t stand attempting to play this on mobile unless I’m just auto in things. I know plenty of people that do and they’re very successful but you’re right it’s definitely not as optimized as it should be for mobile. To be fair I had a similar opinion about Genshin when I played it a bit on mobile. It was slightly better though.
