Fairness cuts both ways but not all the time as it is Honourable court isn’t giving Mshololo a chance to explain herself she says the state has 205 records and Baloyi has not submitted them to him. Honestly is that fairness. The state has the records nje. There’s no section 205. Baloyi just doesn’t want to tell the truth it’s confirmed that Mshololo’s doesn’t have the records lol
