Raisins Bread Rolls
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
1 tsp instant dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg, beaten. (1 tbsp to dab)
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
1/2 cup raisins
3 tbsp (42g) softened unsalted butter
Sliced almonds for topping

Tepung serba guna 250 g (2 cangkir)
1 sdt ragi kering instan
2 sdm gula pasir
1/2 sdt garam
1 telur besar, kocok. (1 sdm untuk olesan)
Susu hangat 125ml (1/2 cangkir)
1/2 cangkir kismis
3 sdm mentega tawar tawar
Irisan almond untuk topping

250 g (2 Tassen) Allzweckmehl
1 TL Instant-Trockenhefe
2 Esslöffel Zucker
1/2 TL Salz
1 großes Ei, schütteln. (1 EL vor dem Backen auftragen)
125ml warme Milch (1/2 Tasse)
1/2 Tasse Rosinen
3 Esslöffel geschmolzene ungesalzene Butter
Mandelscheiben für Streusel

My country also lockdown , hard to get bread flour at store. Suddenly saw this video using all purpose flour. Bread are soft and taste good. STAY AT HOME !💪
Same here in CA, no bread flour + dry yeast anywhere and Amazon 5lb bread flour is $15 when normally it is $5. 🥴 If ur place have Costco, u r better off finding almond/all purpose flour. Happy baking! ☺️

Today I veganized this recipe using soy ‘milk’, vegan ‘butter’ and flax seed ‘egg’. Half of the flour I have used whole wheat flour. Instead egg wash I used mixture of syrup and water. It tasted so good. 😊Thanks for the inspiration!

abba1436, I think would be work but need some adjustment for the liquid you are using since wholewheat flour makes the texture dense. I recommend using half - half with AP flour

Love you recepi first time made bread using all purpose flour and the buns are so solf. I used bread maker to knead about 5 mins instead of hand.

Ninik, I love how you present the rolls at the beginning . When you press the roll, it comes back to its shape like a sponge . And then when you tear it apart, this makes me want eating it, yummy !!!

Dear Ninik, love your recipes. I kept mine for proofing. I didn’t have raisins much so I added sliced Glazed cherries on top and almonds flakes also sprinkled sugar on it. I hope the cherries don’t ruin the taste.

Thanks so much. For that, you may try to use a baking pan that the size fits with the bread, so they will rise upward.

Made it with Craisins in place of raisins and added almonds extract, and they were fantastic. I had to use what I had available.
