Even with a few of Limerick’s current star players underperforming, they closed it off brilliantly in the finish. This is the best Limerick team and management for years. A pure joy to experience.

@@fonz114 if Limerick had met Kilkenny last year or the year before no doubt they would have beaten Kilkenny, bit this year very team have got their game up for Limerick, unlike Kilkenny who had some easy games, and look fresh , Limerick looked a bit tired v Galway,
Kilkenny for Liam ...Limerick ...too many miles , gave too many shooting chances to Galway, Kilkenny won't have so many wides, Lk badly caught for the goal , Kilkenny full back line will handle Gillane much better.....??

All I say this is a great limerick team but if this kilkenny team beat them what would tommy Walsh and his crew do to them.
