In this Power Automate tutorial we demonstrate how to automatically send an Outlook email when a new document is added to you SharePoint document library using Power Automate.

this is a very helpful video, exactly something i was looking for. I was struggling as some operations are deprecated by microsoft such as when a file is created in sharepoint. Hope you will continue to make more videos on automation integrating sharepoint and teams together

Hi Dennis, glad it helped! Couple of different solutions depending on your requirements. If your three files contain consistent names (file1.csv, file2.csv, file3.csv) you could add a condition to only send email when file3.csv is added 🙂

Hi Sai. Not sure I understand your requirement… when a file is created (assume on OneDrive or SharePoint) you need to send an email with the same file attached?

Hi Christina, I have video coming out tomorrow that should answer your question (linked below). If you require answer more urgently, you can create a custom expression within the subject line formatting ‘utcnow’ as required 🙂

Hello 👋 Yes it certainly is and can be achieved by including a condition to check username and only email if not equal to yourself. Hope that is helpful?

Hi, watching the video and trying to replicate it in my system. Where you type the html code in it's very hard to see as it's really small, even on full screen. Is it possible to put the html code in the comments? The video is really clear and helpful.
