I think the biggest reason break up is unspoken and therefore, unmet expectations 💔 I also think the serving thing is an Acts of Service trait and something Mulinde values but maybe some others do not. Others may not be the serving type but appreciate kind words or spending quality time together and that could allow for longevity in their relationship

Tom was never expecting his girl to buy the watch. Now he knew he's friend would get it because it's not the first time something like that has happened. His girl should have gone to him about how his reaction to the gift made her feel. His friend isn't in the wrong. What if his girl says "Are you calling me broke or do you think you're closer to him or that the friend has feelings?" The friend said she's in a committed relationship. Seems these type of gifting isn't new to her and her partner.
I feel like the girlfriend is wrong. They were best friends before their separate relationships. Also how come the girl best friend’s bf wasn’t upset about his girl buying the watch? He isn’t a fool. I just feel like why should your friend lack what they want because your significant other is insecure. It looks like a lack of trust.
Just be happy your man got what he wanted and move on. does it really matter who gave it to him plus if that’s all it take to put a strain in the relationship then it was doomed from the start.
