The frog is probably the easiest bosd in the whole game. Stay still after you enter the stomach, hold up on the controller, eat enemies as they fall and throw eggs. The acid never falls in the centre and holding up aims Yoshi's tongue and throws eggs at the weak point.
Two of the bosses that I can easily draw from this game are Salvo (Seen In 1-8, 6-4 and 6-8) and Sluggy (Seen In 5-4). Sluggy’s my comfort boss due to how adorable she is next to Salvo and by the fact that she can’t hurt you when you touch her, unlike Salvo who spawns minions that hurt you in his debut level which is 1-8.
Another curiosity about Baby Bowser: in his second stage, the fact that he runs towards you is not just for show or play. As he gets angry he's serious, he's literally ramming against the very ground you're standing on, and if he reaches you, he destroys it, leaving you to fall into the black hole of oblivion. It's scary.
I would say the potted ghost is my least favourite mainly because once you realise you have to push him off the edge the fight is over incredibly quickly

another thing about salvo: he cant even hurt you but his troops can, and also he can appear as a literal enemy.

Yoshi’s Island was the first game I played that made me really enjoy the boss fights… great list
