Drink N' Hurl - Cruisin' The Hershey Highway

Year: 1987
Background: One night in 1985, the band was playing a gig in a rural town. The gig let out, and the band packed their gear into a van, as lead singer Aynl Thorne and drummer Dooley "Drooly" Gross hopped into a convertible. Little did the group know that a bunch of local teenagers had stolen a manure spreader about an hour earlier, and taken a joyride on the highway out of the town with the spreader engaged. Top down, Thorne and Gross left first, followed by the remainder of the band in the van. This song was written as a harrowing account of what happened that night.
