E.V.O. Search for Eden (SNES) - Final Boss w/ Human Form, Ending

Time to give a huge amoeba cell thing the Darwin award.
Bolbox here doesn't particularly do much: it can extend its head to attack you, for a decent amount of damage. Being struck in the corner of the screen can get you stunlocked and easily take away 40+ HP from you, so try to never get into that position.
The head is its only weakpoint. Hitting it a few times will shift to the real meat of the fight, the minion spawns - Bolbox will spit one of the spinning spheres in its body and it will turn into something. The order of the spheres is completely random. Until you deal with whatever pops up accordingly, even if you hit Bolbox it cannot be damaged and won't shift to the next spawn. In order of easiest to hardest:
-The cyan sphere spawns a slab of meat worth 1k EVO points.
-The clear white sphere spawns a timid Ikustega. It'll run away harmlessly. If you kill it and eat its meat, you'll suffer 5 points of damage, so just leave it alone.
-The spiky orange sphere turns into a big Prasauro, the orange dinosaur. It's attack is emitting a soundwave that can hit you anywhere on the screen. You can easily stunlock it by attacking it repeatedly until it dies.
-The purple orb with holes in it spawns a bird man. It flies towards you and can only hurt you if it swings or stabs with the sword, so you can safely jump through it and hit it to the ground, where it can be stunlocked by slightly delaying your attacks.
-The blue textured orb spawns a jellyfish. When you hit it 3 times, it'll turn into a big one. All it can do is fly around randomly and try to zap you with its tentacles. The small form can be knocked to the ground and stunlocked with the axe. The big form can be knocked too but can't be stunlocked, so it's best to jump attack it trying to avoid the zap.
-The red orb with a scale like texture turns into a giant cockroach. It moves swiftly on the ground causing contact damage, and when hit will swoop in a circle a few times until it goes back to the ground. This can be either super easy or kind of annoying: if you manage to bait it with its back against the left side of the screen while you also are on the far left, you can strike it and it'll fly around, but you won't be hurt by the swoop. Just keep hitting it until it dies.
The harder pattern is to tackle it to force it to spin while it's facing you, and then do an attack in a way that it flies towards the tip of your axe as it's coming down in the circle. That gives you enough time to quickly move backwards to avoid the rest of the swoop. Repeat until it dies. The problem with this is that Bolbox may disrupt your pattern if it attacks, so pay attention to it.
-The yellow rock-like sphere turns into a Debustega. It can attack by spitting on you at mid range, or jump on your head. This one can be annoying because it can decide to do something unexpected like jumping super high when it should be spitting. A decent tactic is to strike at the limit of your range, then jump backwards to avoid its jump. When cornered by the left side of the screen or by Bolbox, jump OVER it - if you hit it with a jump, there might not be enough time to recover. You can also try to stay on top of the boss and continuously trying to strike to trade as many hits as possible.
-The green sphere is the big Zinichthy. This thing is a nightmare: all it does is fly around and try to lunge and bite you for massive damage, BUT.... anything you do with it will trigger said bite and it's pretty hard to avoid since anything besides a tackle barely gives enough stun. It can also lunge randomly when you least expect, it's very hard to predict. Only reliable way I've found of beating it as a Human form only is to tackle it continuously. If the tackle doesn't push it far enough, jump and strike as it gets close. You'll trade contact damage but it's better than being bitten. Always be on the lookout for Bolbox, and whenever the fish is close to the ground, spam tackles to try and see if you can preempt a lunge. It's hard.
Once you are done with each one of these monsters, strike Bolbox a few times to move to the next one. Once they are all defeated, you're done!
The Human form is arguably the worst final form in the game. Ironically, it's the least versatile of them all, axe attack does good damage but it's slow, doesn't push back enemies and don't stun them enough, jump and tackle attacks do pitiful damage, it can't kick which breaks several bosses, and healing with EVO points is very expensive at 1.5k a piece, plus the small form is weaker. For example, you can easily beat Zinichthy with any 4-legged form with a decent tackle attack or horns, like the Elephant, and stunlock many of the others with kicks. It's recommended to come to the final boss with lots of EVO points for healing.
Your final form doesn't alter the ending, it's always the same.
