I used your technique today when I was climbing the bleachers at my daughter's basketball game and it was the first time I didn't have to use my hands to keep from falling!!

This is the first time I've watched video and I'm glad to know I've been going down my steps (mostly) like this. I have to do it slightly di.differently because I have only one hand rail.

I need this. A couple of weeks ago I boarded a city bus & was shocked that I needed 2 arms on step railings to enter the bus. I had been very stiff low back & left hip for a few weeks. Thanks for needed technique. You know just what we need.👍

Great functional life skill -- climbing up and down stairs... -- How about showing getting into a truck ( facing forward raising foot to step up into truck ) ?

Lately my leg spasms increase even with the curve and I’ve been falling! If there is rail it is ok. At least when I’ve fallen I can get up

Thank you, my indoor stairs are such a challenge ( 1930s house) Narrow stair platform and a curved dog leg turn 😤.
Trevor would you please show how to walk down a slope. I live on a hill and find it challenging to walk down hill. Also slopes around and about town. Thank you 🙏🏻🌟

Thanks. Could you do a video about climbing into a suv/truck? I usually pull my weak leg up and into the vehicle, but I’m sure there’s a better way. Thanks!

I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but with someone who has second stage MS, this is simply not possible! (as well when I had first stage MS)I think you need to go back to physical therapy training and understand what it's really like, unfortunately you have to have MS to really understand what's truly going on.
I could understand some don't have a choice. But I would say contact your local housing authority, your neurologist, doctor, the Ada (Americans with disability) also a physical therapist, as well as an occupational therapist both with better actual Hands-On experience, or explain to them hopefully you'll understand and hopefully medical insurance which you should have if you have especially if you have MS.

What are you NUTS !!! Advising people with MS to practice stair climbing without rails and a chair. I wouldn’t attempt that and I don’t have MS.
Dangerous advice. Your getting a thumbs down 👎

I weekly grocery shop with a rosler trolley, it would be helpful to have video on how to do that better. sometimes it full with groceries and I'm walking maybe 10 minutes or more with it.
