Finally I bought one of these last October and I'm very satisfied. As I said , I wanted a backup for my trusty Boss ME50B , and this little red box has become my main pedal. Sounds killer for the price and fits in a gigbag. Very usefull in small or informal gigs.
Hey Boss Brother!! Boss ME-50b IS STILL amazing even today huh/..with all the new-fangled digital gear out there! My Boss ME-50b is still competitive in it’s analog way of doing things!! 👍🏾 That commented,..I have the Zoom Series MS-50g & getting the 60b as well because it too is killer & convincingly convenient! 🤘🏾😎Sounds on the pedal not found elsewhere!! b(‘ _
@@FlamesAt1000ft 7 years have passed and I still keep my ME50B and the Zoom. Nowadays my pedalboard is way more simple...A Darkglass B3K overdrive and a Boss BF3 Flanger...but I still like to use my ME50B for playing at home because the Octave down setting and the Flanger. I found a nice overdrive tone with the Natural setting but nothing beats my Darkglass Vintage Microtubes for the old school tones I like ..and the B3K for the high gain sounds I use with my metal band.
Actually I use my ME50B in manual mode, the compresor is always on, and I switch the effects on and off every time I need it. I get my sound from my old Hartke HA3500 ( I've using it since 2002 and I'm still in love with it) . Maybe my best option could be to use single pedals for each effect (compressor, overdrive, chorus and reverb) but when I play in small gigs, most of the times there's no place for my pedalboard.
I've thinking about switching my Boss ME50B (which I love BTW) for the M60. Just for those small gigs in small stages, when there's no place for the whole band and the gear. My pedalboard works by-passed 95% of the time. I only use a light overdrive in a couple of songs and a little bit of chorus and reverb in the middle section of another one. I can use this tiny box in that way or as a back up for my old and trusted Boss. It sounds too digital?
Hi!! I'm here just to say that today I just bought one of these!! Firsts impressions are good. Chorus, reverbs and delays are great. Tomorrow I'll spend more time trying to get good distorted sounds. I'm very impatient to use it in my next rehearsal with my main amp and bass.
No looper for the ms-60b it' an all in one stop. If you need looper an easiest access to different patches plus the possibility to turn on/off the single module/pedal whenever you want to your choice it's the B3. I have both MS-60B and B3, during live show with electric band such as Absynth Aura I choose B3, for acoustic sessions, reharsal or to try more combinations I use or add to my set the MS-60B.
Hi rico you can see all the setting used in this video in the upper (left) part of the video windows. Distorsion sound it's same as the clean one but with D.I.+ distorsion so 1st take a look to the clean setting and then add distorsion. Watch carefully so you can find all the data in this video
Thanks, .... Ahhh, I tried using the Clean Pb, and its configuration, and became very acute, but then used almost all flat, and was good, and not yet explored, my Zoom, i use the SVT and Pb Clean, and nothing else, and how it is possible to find these patches? Greetings from Rio!
the amount of visual tricks and post production added to this vid is inversely proportional to the usefulness of the demo, which is to say it's directly proportional to the uselessness of it.
I like it very much and you have tons of combinations. I'm sure you will love it. Just and advice when you use something digital try to use it "always on". You have to check with all effects in bypass mode how the pedalboard sound then start with a little bit of eq to correct its sound an made the standard sound equal to the bypass. From this point it's just your ear choosing the right processor or effect!
Certamente!
admit it to the world Giorgio, your confession good sir is that you love shredding the bass with distortion. admit it to the world. LOL. dude, that flippin rocked.
I do admit it: I love to shred my bass and even more when I put some distorsion in my sound ah ah , I was born as rock plaer and I think I'll never leave this way \m/

6 years and still I have this red stomp in my board.
Can we get a 10 year update?
@@josephpbrown I'm not a gigging musician anymore, but I still keep my gear at home and yes, I still use the MS60B to play at home.

cool. that is the way reviews should be made. No boring opinions and talks... to the point: sounds and images. great

Risposta determinante per le mia scelta.
Who could dislike this? Great video! Thank you so much...!

Nice! could you share your settings for the distortion tone on the latter part of the video on your ms-60b . thanks!

whether the multi-effect can be connected directly to the mixer concert? of course taking into account the amplifiers which are in the multi-effect.
yes, yuo can but yoi have just a standard jack connection. to me if you want to play direct in the mixer the best choice is the B3
Thanks for info
Yes you have a D.I. with a pre/post switch and a dual mono stereo out

+1 fuckin useless review, far too much wankery
Nice !! Is there a noise gate on this pedal please
Yes, but you have to check the last release formware 'cause sometimes they do updates about pedals and simulations
Nice tone GT! I'd like to ask if it's possible to set the wah open just as how it is on the For Whom The Bell Tolls intro? Thanks!
Hi, there are different type of wha and you can set them always open, or try a specific chorus to reach the same sound
Giorgio Terenziani I really appreciate your reply. Thanks a lot. Hoping to get one soon.
Can the octaver effect be set in order to get just the lower octave sound but not the original note as well?
Walter Brancatisano yes, you have to find a simulation of a pedal with a blend control so you can hear the original note mixed with the lower octave
CIao, secondo te l'uscita del MS-60b puà andare dritta al mixer o ho bisogno di una DI ?
whats the settings at 0:44? thank you
Neck PU, a little bit of compression, eq boost around 400-600hz
Cool.....which the patch, you are using, PB Clean?
Hi, the patch you are hearing are all custom. You can see the effect I'm using in the video
Is possible connect to concert mixer?
Bass -> Cabel -> Zoom MS-60B -> Cabel -> Concert Mixer.
Yes you Can do It!

Does it have looper? Which is better, this or B3?
Did it come with a power supply cable?
I really don't remember.. sorry
