I don't even use Edge but still followed the tips on the video for if some day I make a turn (I already tried it but Chrome is home sweet home) Great content man!

I started using Brave browser 2 weeks ago and I like it. I was using Chrome before and even with ublock and avast I was surprised how many trackers were still getting through.

I read somewhere that Edge will be making a lot more "features" easy to disable/remove. It's not in Stable that I know of.

I've read in some forums where many people also disable Hardware Acceleration ? why is this? There are many answers on why, but none of them makes any sense to me...

Generally if you don't have a high end machine with a dedicated graphics card then you leave the browsers hardware acceleration on otherwise things will load really slow! If your on say a cheap lap top an you try to load a graphics intensive game with hardware acceleration off the game will load slower than mud or in some cases not at all! So the answer to your question is if your on a machine with a dedicated graphics card you will get better performance from a dedicated graphics card therefore you turn GPU acceleration off!! On a low end machine a small portion of the CPU/processor will serve as the GPU!

Having hardware acceleration on or off creates and solves issues no matter what you choose. It's a matter of personal preference. Having acceleration off does slow down Street View browsing for one, but doesn't really affect streaming at all. One exception (and I haven't run into this in a long time) is that Netflix streaming wouldn't work with hardware acceleration on.

I wish I could remove Edge for good. I have stopped Edge from running in the background some time ago.

Just use a small piece of wire and an earbud to clean the dust. If you are careful you can also hoover them.

THIS is why Edge is ANNOYING to use...it's not intuitive and needlessly cumbersome.

because there are alot of feature that we dont really use. and it should have been customized so that won't eat up our RAM usage

@@billyrunsaplumbingservice1141 Actually edge takes up less ram than chrome,
while having more features than chrome.
About the features, I use them almost all of it
and doesn't take that much ram even if you don't use them.

@@billyrunsaplumbingservice1141 Actually Edge is faster, takes less RAM and MEMORY than Chrome.
While having more features than Chrome
And about the features, I almost use them all and it doesn't take that much RAM, also Microsoft is implementing to remove unnecessary feature in a near future.
