good video, for some reason i couldn't get the lower wheel arch to show with a projected curve. but idk if this is less tedious then using fusions 360 free form tools. but its kind of confusing when the sketches in the ned don't line up with the car image lines
@@wolfgang.walden.cad.training I tried to do this on a fresh document got a little lost but still get the idea, I think I will have to watch this video a few times and apply it to my projects to really get the hang of it, have you used this technique using 3 planes?
most time it says :"error regenerating" at project curve.. i do the steps as you say but it cant create a curve...what am i missing there?? some curves are ok...some dont
@@wolfgang.walden.cad.training I finally got it. Thank you so much for this video. It helped me so much. I wish there was a way I could give you some money. Have a great 2022.
@@wolfgang.walden.cad.training thanks a lot. Downloaded:) Is it maybe possible to insert a picture on a sketch plane as reference. There is a button but it seems to be not working
Ya que manejas todos los programas, cual dirías que es mejor para modelar este tipo de cosas? Vehículos y demás.
Siemens NX and Catia

Yes, it is kind of tedious anyway.

Yes, you can do it with the shown method yourself, couldn´t you?

In onshape? As far as I know - no.
hi Woolfgang, can it be used on an ipad?
Yes, there is an onshape app for ios.

This is incredibly tedious and time consuming, I see fusion 360 has FORMS, shouldn't onshape have something similar??
Yes it is - but you have to ask the developers at onshape, not me 😉
There’s got to be a better way I’m aging here.
Sorry, in onshape - no!
@@wolfgang.walden.cad.training is it at least free?
Yes it is free to use.
