Really enjoy working my way though your videos! I can already tell my CAD skills are advancing to a new level, and just wanted to say thank you for making these videos.

Thanks for the detailed video and the slow explanation. Exactly what I need.

Very interesting technique - thanks for sharing this. I still have problems visualizing/predicting the exact final shape/solid - the final object was a little suprising to me!

Oneshape is a fantastic Cad program, I had easy to get started because it resembled my old Cad program Alibre Design.

hen I tried to make the points coincident like you did at 5:06 it didnt work. I got a "A constraint must involve something from the sketch" error. I have no clue what went wrong. Followed exactly, 3 times.

Apparantly you didn´t follow exactly ;) Seems you selected an element which is not in the same sketch.

@@wolfgang.walden.cad.training I selected that center construction line. Im not sure, just seems like my software doesnt behave the same way these older versions do.

Was it not easier to make this model spin?

You mean to make a revolve? That would be totally different shape and this is just an exercise ;)

Nice work. It would be more explanatory if you gave an example of where it can be used. Thanks

Thanks for the video. It took a while for the loft to render today! Just one question: When you copy sketch 1 to the other planes, are they linked - that is, if you alter one the other updates?
