Thanks for sharing! Very useful indeed. I understand ARC I, II and III refers to the antecedent humidity condition but in the GE app you named them "average", "dry", and "wet" so which one is each in the download link?

What if I'm trying to calculate runoff mm/year should I be using average CN?
And can you please tell me which ARC is average?
Average is AMC II. You can do calculation based on daily then can convert into mm/year in excel
