To see the bands in action, Charlie Brown at the same concert is a good one.
Coldplay’s concerts are almost always in stadiums because they can fill them in a heartbeat. They did ten sold out shows in a row, which broke a previous record, in Argentina. I think the crowd was around 60,000 each night

Chris Martin wrote this song for his GF at the time ( Gwyneth Paltrow who later became his wife, then his x-wife) when she lost her father Bruce Paltrow. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to see coldplay live at Wembley last summer for the first time, now ive been to a lot of gigs and the coldplay gig was the best one ive been to by a long long way. we've booked to go see them Manchester in june.
so all i can say is if you have to see them live at least once its phenomenal

I prefer the album version as he sings falsetto on that. Coldplay are excellent, each of their albums are in many ways different from each other as they progressed their sound they were heavily influenced early on by Radiohead (who you should definitely do if you are not familiar), each album is themed and has a unique sound, its hard to pick but Yellow and Spies from the first album, The Scientist, Clocks, square one, white shadows, anything off Viva la vida though viva la vida and violet hill are very much at the top.
Other music considerations, Porcupine tree very interesting. A very unique album i loved since a child is "Jeff Waynes Musical version of War of the Worlds" which is a 1 off piece combining rock, classical orchestral, weird sound scapes and narration lifted from the original book. there is also a making of documentary and a 3D experience verison in London.

there are some very interesting interviews with Chris Martin which help explain the directions and problems the band has had. There is a cautionary tale about being haunted by success this is something they had in common with Radiohead, and were both given advice from Micheal Stipe, regarding dealing with the craziness of fame and popularity. similarly there is an interview with Thom Yorke regarding Radiohead.

My tip: Pick one random song from each of their albums to experience, starting with the first one obviously, to experience their musical evolution. My recommendation for the very first song would be Yellow though and Coloratura as the last one.
