Favourite is Ghonu because of the effort you went through and least is maaku because of complexity of unity

Tbh I think having to disassemble Maaku in order to let him unify makes him cool and unique!

Also, I like Ahnkir the best. I think the color scheme is very well done and the gear function is very cool. My least favorite has to be Paoni because of the lack of posability.

they are actually pretty cool, in particular the ice, the water and the earth ones, but I also liked the fire one (the raptor claws are a fantasc idea)

I have a good idea! This isn't directly targeted towards you stippling but towards the community. Try building small protectors that can unite with smaller creatures. I think it's a interesting idea and I'd like to see someone do it. I'll give it a shot myself!
