Id opt for lateral entry for in service, since overage nako for pnpa, although I was able to passed twice ang pnpacat, pero financially impractical na talaga. It may took me longer, pero Id still try. Btw sir, question, for line officer po ba is it only for criminologist? I am a 4th year Civil engineering student, and since medyo ma tatagalan pa naman mag qualify ako for lateral if ever maka pasok pasok ako sa pnp, I will be taking law while waiting na ma promote hanggang sa required rank, and if possible I'll take ETEAAP program to earn a degree in criminology.

@@jmblam3463 naka lagay sa MC other profession that may be determined by law. So pwedeng hndi criminologist. Pero pwede mo gawin yan ETEEAP para maging reg. Criminologist ka. For assurance na pwede ka sa lateral entry.

Sir I've stumbled upon an alleged memo from PNP or NAPOLCOM several months ago na sinasabi na ang registered criminologists daw na patrolman is eligible na maglateral entry? Is this true sir? Because as far as RA11131 goes, in service criminologists are only given preference, same with civilian rcrims, but on occasion na magkasabay ang in service and civilian rcrim, the in service shall be given preference. However, there is no section or article that states that says na ang patrolman is eligible na. Is it true? Or do they still need to reach PSSgt?

Naaalala ko dati may tinatawag na Honorary Member na Police. Iyon bang nakatulong sa Police organization o appointed ng Mayor. May uniporme, ID at badge na Police na parang isang tunay na organic member. Honorary lang at iginagalang naman ang kanyang position.

@@BuddyMark32 Hindi. Iba ang PC. Ang Philippine Constabulary mga sundalo at ilan sa mga grupo ay ang Metrocom. Pero and Police noon under ng PC dahil Martial Law. Tawag doon INP (Integrated National Police) o PC-INP. Ang Police Honorary member ay noon pang panahon nina Mayor Lacson o Mayor Villegas. Sa US, may Deputy Sheriff Honorary Member. Iyon appointed ng Sheriff dahil sa donation o nakatulong sa pagpanalo niya.

Idol may sarili po ba silang class yung mga halimbawa dentist doctors, o sasabay sila PSBRC ng mga mag Pa Patrolman, may dentist po kasi akong pinsan gustong mag pulis, sana po masagot nyo ito.

Kapag ang military gusto mag PNP, kailangan mo mag resign sa military and mag apply ka ulit sa PNP. Kailangan mo ma comply ang mga requirements.

Sir tanong kulang, sa GOA uniform ng mga Non commission officer sa PNP yung mga rank patches nila paano dinidikit sa braso ng kanilang uniform, may Velcro ba sa kanilang uniform o tinatahi talaga? Salamat po, sana mapansin ninyo
