Wow what an incredible waste of time. You could barber those down and bend them through a rope loop in the same time and you would have something that would never pull off even with a tugger and not wasting all that tape
That is a good method. This is more meant for the new guy that is youtubing this. No worry with stripping and twisting. I've had many heads come loose that were stripped and twisted by new guys. I always show them this first. Kinda fool proof.
Nice for short pulls. Long Pull, Short Pull. A bit of Wire Pulling Soap always helps. A little sloppy, but keep a rag nearby. Lol thanks for sharing.

Works like a charm on a 150’ pull with 3 - #3 and 1 -1#8 in 1 1/2 “ pvc. Thanks a bunch
