as a blink fan since 2003-ish...... this was fucking great. the bands sound hasn't been garage poppunk in a long time people, and now they're expanding into a whole new world. this sounds open and epic and wild and free. which makes it as punk as can be ;)

So yeah, I'm older now.. I was a huge Alkaline and Blink fan when I was way younger... Then life kinda hits you and you start working, getting married, having kids and all that good stuff.. you tend to lose track of what's going on in the outside world... Today, messing around online I found out about Tom leaving Blink (again), then listened to the California album (it's listenable.. no more) and saw that Matt Skiba was in Blink which I thought was cool.. but then I saw this video and learned a new life lesson: not to mingling with what the bands you used to like are up to nowadays and avoid ruining all the good memories you have of what they were and how they impacted you. (for real... DJ's and Vodka?)...
