@themadman731 I found both the problem, and Roldo. Everyone is looking in Event 1 - Climbing for him "lurking in the shadows". But that is actually the hint for Event 2 - Balancing. There is NO HINT about Roldo at the start of Event 1, he's simply not there. In Event 2, he is in the "shadows" under the track when Team Primary starts their run at 13:42. Mystery solved!

I combed the video on my 65” TV and couldn’t find him anywhere in shadows
