There was a film made in this house not too long ago, it's called "The Lodgers" I knew I recognised the house, I grew up hearing this story as I always have great interest in the paranormal, Its an hour & a half drive from where I live so I plan on visiting there soon 😊

Hello ! Very interesting story. 👍I believe that places are able to keep energy and that this can be felt by people ...but it is dependend on their different abilities to sense this energy. People who are high empaths feel more...clairvoyant people see things and so on...or very highly psychic people can be aware of so much more.
Stella, I couldn't agree more, I certainly believe there are people that can sense more than others, I've often heard of people being drawn to certain spirits and figures when in certain places and when they come to research the place they find a connection to that person without even realizing it beforehand
Having experienced paranormal activity whilst living in a cabin built on land abandoned by an Indian tribe due to plague that was called place of death my doubts fled the first night we moved in. Prior to that I was never quite sure. We had no idea the history of the land until after we had moved in and lived there for 15 years. It was the most amazing and exhausting time of my life. I do not regret the experience but I was happy to leave that place behind and to live in a home where there is no activity. To now be able to have friends remain after the sun sets is a treat. No one would ever stay past dusk previously. Thanks for sharing!
Niamh thanks for sharing your story, I can't imagine what that must have been like spending a whole 15 years there, I bet roller coaster ride is an understatement, I'm flying to the UK on wednesday and I've queued up some videos that I've recorded, and one of them is about my own personal paranormal experience in Westmeath, Ireland
The devil are no legend, he is very real, and he will appear where he is wellcome, and if he has entered a human life, it is very hard to get rid of him again, so I believe the story, and this mansion are not the only one ruined by bad evil spirits.....but it all begins with man ignoring God.....
I’ve heard 3 different versions of one supposed happening. Is it folklore? Probably. Could there be grains of truth? Certainly. For all we know, the stranger did exist, but instead of hooves for feet, he could’ve had a birth defect causing his feet to appear cloven hooved. Also you’d think with the supposed force at which he “shot up” in a “ball of fire” (in some versions) he would’ve breached the roof through and through, but no. You see the attic roof. The position of the hole, and it’s shape is a bit odd for a “shot up” force of an impact. Not even cracking extending outward from it. I’d like to personally repair that hole if I could as I’m not so sure it “can’t be”. Nonetheless, it is one HELL ( ;D ) of a story!
