I like how the bottom was clearly both unscrewed and unsnapped before he faked the procedure to open it.

Confirmed what I expected. There is a slot for a second ssd, and the memory is readily accessible. Eliminated my hesitancy in adding the second drive, and increasing the memory.

Fantastic inside face of Dell laptop. What about Asus Zenbook Oled 14X? Appreciate the attention.

Can the graphics card be removed and just use integrated graphics only? I have the RTX A3000 and thermal throttling is a major issue - maybe this would improve it?

Have you tried buying an extra notebook cooler ?

have you research on "disabling" it by giving priority to the integrated graphics? or installing gpu software to control it? I have the same issue and I think is just because the fan cooler locations.

@@bluetorch13 This is a very good thought - i did try it out by disabling in Device Manager > Display Adaptors ( th-cam.com/video/qx2T5jlFO3k/w-d-xo.html ) - unfortunately no noticeable improvement in thermals or battery life. I suspect it is more a physical problem like you mentioned blocking fans / airflow etc.

this computer will slowdown a lot if you run 100% of the CPU or use decent power of GPU, heat will slow it down a lot. Very poor design for heat dissipation.
