Hey you're not alone. My sis had the gastric bypass surgery and got so thin it was gross She thought she still looked fat She took is on a weight loss drug and has excess skin keep posting about your journey.
2. Yeah, adoption is way down all over the country. :( Shelters are above capacity. Lee Asher and other sanctuaries are doing what they can. Bravo to you for continuing to foster! You make me sooo proud!~ (Oh, I got a new FB account. It's got seals on it.)
Everyone that loses wait never sees it. Only someone that hasn't seen you everyday will see a lot. Kelly, you have got this. Moving around will help with the skin and muscles. We all love you so much. We are here for you.
4. Isometrics are good. So are chair exercises and chair yoga! I really like that and you can find videos on YT for free. I would love to go to the pool. But, I don't want to squeeze myself into a swimsuit. ;)
Dear Kelly, I want to give you a hug but there is a big ocean between us. I have tried Rybelsus, a kind of ozempic but they are capsules 1 every morning. I lost weight and I lost the joy of life. My husband asked me to stop. I am slowly getting fatter. I have ups and downs. I hope someone or something can help you. Love your art talking creating video's. Big hug 💜🙏❤
Hi Kelly 😊 Yes losing weight is a slow, slow business. Keep going - you do look slimmer especially face-wise. You won't see it as much as other people. If you can't get on with the Ozempic do get advice from your Doctor. There is a time span before things kick in and get better when taking medication.. If all else fails go on a special diet - see a dietician. Yous excess skin will in time reduce - it's normal to have this effect when dieting. If it worries you - you could have cosmetic surgery. Do try to keep moving and walking - it helps with digestion. I would not advise weight-lifting this could make matters worse.
Hi meKelly, Wow! Okay, I am going to pause the video occasionally so I can chat. 1. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes last October. Turns out it was "turned on", so to speak, by a psych med I was taking. The good thing is that I got in touch with an Endo office through our local hospital and they are ANGELIC. I have lost over 30 pounds. And yet, I still have almost the same waist size. They talked about putting me on Ozampic, but I don't eat enough right now to justify taking something that reduces my appetite. (My dog would like it if I quit typing and petted her. brb)
I lost a lot of weight a few years back and I had the extra skin problem. I tried walking and weights to no results maybe I just didn't try hard enough. Idk what you can do Kelly. It's good to see you.
Depression is so hard I've been battling it for years. I take ozempic for my diabetes. I have not lost even one pound. I'm extremely overweight and live with chronic pain. It's hard to do even art projects that I love. I wish I could give you a hug from Michigan. ❤ Any video you want to do will be fine❤
You sound like you are very depressed. I am on Ozempic and only lost 18 pounds. It’s been 7-8 months. I lost about 2 pounds a month for a few months then my weight has just stalled. It’s frustrating because I had heard stories of people losing a lot of weight. I don’t feel like I’m over eating and my Blood sugars are doing better but I just can’t get the pounds to come off. I hope you continue to post videos and that you start feeling better soon.
Go slow. The slower you lose weight, the better. And I’ve noticed that it takes a long time for your skin and your form to catch up with the weight lost. It’s better to have extra skin than to be overweight. You doing great. 😊
I have no experience with any weight loss meds but I was wondering what form of exercise are you doing at least 3-5 days per week. I too have kidney issues - transplant a few years ago. Do you swim or do yoga? Walking is hard for me so I swim and stationary bike.
Unfortunately when you lose a lot of weight quickly the skin doesn't have time to go back to normal. I've seen so many that have lost large amounts of weight in such a short time and they have the excess skin and are in the same boat and don't know what to do. Surgery is usually the way to go with it. Sometimes if you are doing any kind of surgery that involves around your stomach area, for example gall bladder surgery, sometimes they can tighten the skin at the same time. It helps to save some money usually. If you get your hernias repaired you could ask them to do a tummy tuck at the same time, they may be willing and it might save you money!
Many people are in the same boat as you. It is easy to sink into anxiety and confusion. When life seems overwhelming I am comforted by knowing that the Lord has already overcome the world. That means that we can go to Him in prayer and cast our cares at His feet and receive His supernatural peace, because He cares for us. John 14:27 Who better than our Creator/heavenly Father knows what we are in need of and is willing and able to provide? If you don't know Him, ask in prayer for Him to reveal Himself. Even if you don't believe that there is a God, just say, I don't know if you are real or not, but If you are real, please show me who you are. Seek and you will find.
Hey Kelly!! I've missed you!! I can absolutely relate to everything you're talking about. I can. Absolutely. I wish we could just talk or text or FaceTime..... I love you and I miss you.
3. So, you are not seeing a psychiatrist right now? You don't have to answer that. If you aren't, then, please go! They won't say you are weird. You need help with the depression. Also, stop looking at KETO dessert recipes, girl! Are you still on KETO? my two eldest cats have advanced kidney disease and they have to be on lower protein diets now. Not that you are a cat. Although you might wish you were sometimes. :) All I know is that they have become extremely picky eaters and don't want their K-diet food much and they don't like their new meds.
When I feel like my life is falling apart I hyper focus on small things that I can control like art, journaling and such.
yes I love when you post any kind of videos. please post more often if you can

Lisa and I want to foster a cat or kitten but the rescue never contacted us back so I guess we didn't qualify???
Try a different place. I would think you'd have to have the roof caving in before anyone would turn you down! Try your local shelter.
@@shalacarter6658 Sadly, this small town seems to be only one cat rescue and the local shelter doesn't have a foster program in place.
@@AngelaJonesReviews That must be a small shelter. Or maybe they can't afford to set up a foster program. Good luck trying again!
I’m so sick of fighting my weight. I hate exercise. Fight being depressed about it all.i bury myself in my crafts to survive.

Absolutely!! Why can’t we. Instant the laws haha
@@knittingandthings we can!!
I hope you know that my messages are meant to be positive.
Yes I do
