    I am getting an N/A in H3 after putting in your exact formula. Please advise.

      You will get an #N/A error if there are no tasks that fall under that quadrant. So your formula is most likely correct. Try adding a task that would fall in the quadrant where you are getting an error, and the error should go away.

      I haven't made a video on creating a timesheet for multiple employees yet, but I might make one in the future.
