Given the distance from the mic to the keyboard, I found it quite quiet (!). This sound is really reminding me of the good old sound of an Apple IIe keyboard. I am looking forward to testing the one I ordered.
This is coming a month late, but the answer depends on what you are looking for. The Trigger is a great KB and is probably the best value for money you can get for the features it has. On the other hand, the G710 is probably the best full featured KB out there right now, but you pay a lot more for it.
i didnt buy it from lowyat i got in from a shop in subang avenue, its damn empty in there but on one of the floors there is a game shop there. the aunty there owns the shop and you can order from her, she'll get the keyboard on the same day. She also has variety
The only thing about the G710+ that I don't like is the fact that it has MX Browns and O ring dampeners which kinda requires you to bottom out the keys most of the time to get good feedback

So, how are the brown mx for typing on this one? Currently i use a non-mechanical keyboard for work (i'm a developer) and a black mx for gaming. Blacks are totally not for typing. So now i want to buy a new mech keyboard for all-in-all usage (work/games) and i was wondering if this one fits my needs or should i buy smth with blue switches? Thx

blue sound the best with the initial clicking sound (IMO)
this is actually a lot more quiet than most mechanical keyboards, particularly ones with the blue cherry switches
awesome man, i think the blue would have a better typing feel though, since there's that sound and tactile feedback

+Eddie Barley The backplate is too thin and keycaps too flimsy to use the keyboard without the O-rings for me, sadly. :(
