well kirat means Mongolian in Sanskrit language. in other word Mongolian people were referred or call as kirat in olden time. so all mongolian people of nepal are the kirat. we are kirat the first people of nepal and the himalayas regions. if you go to northeast india we see our kirat mongolian brothers. today they have become indian nationals and we have become nepali national.
