Nice informational video. After making the proper adjustment on the spring tension, and with my motorcycle up on my lift, on the center stand, I like to turn on the motor and put it in 1st gear. Now with the tire spinning slowly I push down on the brake pedal to see if the rear light comes on when it should. I do this because I am trying to double check my work to see if the brake light comes on with the correct foot pressure.

you may want to check the brake light switch assembly could be that the internal switch is broken, in that case you will need a replacement. other then that it could be a wiring issue maybe a bad ground, or crossed cables.
my videos are tutorials so im explaining what im doing, that's why they are somewhat long. this task in the video after watching this should only take you a few mins to do maybe even 30 seconds

i lightly oil that shiny rod which the spring pull .. ☺ please do a pod filter on youre r3 .. those are so in right here on my country .. and putting turbo filter thingy on the engine breathers on our r3 we got 3 of those small rubber tubes ..
@@ACProductions77 i think their called pod filters or mushroom filter .. here in the Philippines its starting to get stricter in loud pipes so by changing to pod filter youll get some rumbles out of that pod filters ..
@@baecchi4153 ok after doing some research of this filter i see the style you are talking about yes we have those style air filters here in the U.S. but mainly are used for cars but because the way the airbox is made for the R3 a "pod" filter will not fit inside the box, I will see how to modified the air intake to accept this pod filter if its even possible and if i find a way I will make a video about it and post your comment with video. =)

I noticed that my brake sensor seemed to not even be attached, I just used my fingers and Bam good as new.
I have this problem.....I also have a banjo pressure switch. New switch I guess.

What if they stay on but when you break they dont dim? I did have the rear brake assy switch loose like yours.... any tips

That’s correct. Got the same problem with a 2011 Heritage. Rear switch.

it could be that yours is stuck open, you may want to remove it completely and see if it has some broken parts or just replace it all together.

ba ecchi I’m not quite understanding your question the filter I have in my R3 is a race filter.
