This looks really well made.
I'm guessing the face is animated by hand while the hair uses tweening, which is then plastered on the animated model. Then the set of images is made to sway on the canvas to illustrate Valentine's back and forth

honestly, I am a person with experience in drawing, I envy you very much. such a good style of drawing, in fact frame-by-frame animation. very beautiful, and you inspire me to do new works (Although lately I literally hate my style, and I don’t know what to do with it)
I am not a professional artist or anything but keep drawing, look at other peoples art/tutorials and slowly your art style will change well at least that’s what helped with mine.
Edit: do what you think would help you as well, every artstyle is completely different so we can’t really say how or when it could possibly change because it’s yours.
As an digital artist (I'm not a professional artist YET) I've been drawing for 4 years and always cared about a style but I didn't believed those who would say that comes with time and when I started to not care about and experiment I started to have some sort of artstyle on my drawings lately I suggest you to continue doing if you really love it and not care too much about it but that"s up to your decision. :D
