- आज हम बात करेंगे एक देश एक चुनाव की। इस मुदृे पर बात इसलिए करेंगे क्योंकि देश के मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त सुशील चंद्रा ने कहा है कि चुनाव आयोग एक देश एक चुनाव करवाने के लिए पूरी तरह से तैयार है। चुनाव आयोग इसे अंजाम देने में सक्षम है। सभी राजनीतिक दलों को एकमत होकर इस ओर प्रयास तेज करना चाहिए। दरअसल हाल के पांच राज्यों में विधानसभा चुनाव परिणामों की घोषणा के साथ ही एक बार फिर से एक देश एक चुनाव की बात उठने लगी है। लोकसभा और राज्यों की विधानसभाओं के चुनाव एक साथ कराए जाने के मुद्दे पर लंबे समय से बहस चल रही है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इस विचार का समर्थन कर इसे आगे बढ़ाया। वैसे इस मुद्दे पर चुनाव आयोग, नीति आयोग, विधि आयोग और संविधान समीक्षा आयोग भी विचार कर चुके हैं।कारण हर वर्ष किसी न किसी राज्य में चुनाव होता है। चुनाव के कारण देश लगातार चुनावी मोड में बना रहता है और इसके चलते प्रशासनिक और नीतिगत निर्णय प्रभावित होते हैं। इसलिए सवाल उठता है कि आखिर देश में एक साथ लोकसभा और राज्य विधानसभा के चुनाव क्यों नहीं होते। ऐसा करने में समस्या क्या है? एक देश एक चुनाव का सुझाव कितना फायदेमंद है? इन्हीं सवालोें के साथ एक देश एक चुनाव पर चर्चा करेंगे।

स्थानीय मुद्दों का क्या होगा फिर, राष्ट्रीय मुद्दों के के आगे उनका पता ही नहीं चलेगा, । बेशक बहुत बात चुनाव होने से मानव संसाधन और वित्त का काफी नुकसान हो रहा है, परंतु एक राष्ट्र ले चुनाव हो जाने से स्थानीय लोग मुद्दे नहीं उठ पाएंगे, । एक बार में नहीं होना चाजिये, हा , 2 बार में हो तो ज्यादा सही रहेगा, ।बाकि तो इतने बड़े बड़े राजनीतिज्ञ और समाजशास्त्री भरे पड़े है देश,वो भली भांति इसके नुकसान और फायदे को जानते है।🙏🙏
You should also examine when election of 2019 loksabha is going on then BJP won National Elections but Loses Election in Andharpradesh,Odisha and Sikkim. Also looking Delhi Election, in state Election AAP Clensweep BJP got 2nd Place and Congress got 3rd but in National Election BJP
Clensweep ,Congress got 2nd place and AAP got 3rd Place. Also look at BHUBANESWAR Loksabha Election where BJP won but in Assembly election BJP didn't get any seat. So that you shouldn't blame Voters Maturity in Election because Voters know How Vote should Cast.

Indian is a country which remains mostly in the mode of election.
One nation one election seems to be good in terms of reducing the public fund expenditure and time but parallel other points need attention such that :-
1. Weakening the institutions- CIC, dilution of laws such as RTI
2. Grossly misuse of few laws viz. - preventive detection, NSA, section-124A etc. and taking away the freedom of speech and expression.
3. Declining of journalism ranking globally and not having the discussions on the contemporary issues of Indian society. Biasness towards on party.
4. Communal situations arising.
5. Inflation and rise of prices on essential commodities beyond the target set by monetary policy committee.
6. Insecurity of datas and it's manipulation for vote bank politics . For example we can take reference the case of Andhra Pradesh when public datas had been missuesd for election. - a big concern in contemporary time .
Any more points can be highlighted.
Democracy can become dictatorship by numbers if check and balances are not there in place.
Election is the essence of India Democracy guaranteed under Indian constitution . Which keeps check and balance on the functioning and governance of the government and making Indian democracy vibrant.
Thanks to founding fathers of constitution of India who have made provisions for check and balance at various places in Indian constitution .
However huge expenditure and pressure on election institution cannot be ruled out . It the money of the public which indirectly being used for exercising the Indian elections .
Need for more elaborate discussion to generate more public opinion for reaching at any consensus and strengthinng the election commission by more resources.
