This is it ! Stop dreaming and saying i wish i can do sth .. Start doing it even if it's hard, but when u do it then u know that you can do anything else and u have good feeling that you done it and become better every single day.Great Barstarzz hope there will be more vids like that !
Sometimes, when we do though they will be definitely some light days. We avoid overtraining though, you can feel it coming. Just have to listen to your body

I love this video because it is showing beginnings that when you start it is hard and you have to get stronger. Hence the first guy doing the pull UPS after a few he struggled a little bit. This shows that when you are struggling that you are still are on the right track. You just have to get stronger.

I have been doing gym and kickboxing training for 7 months now... till the doc last week found a problem with my right shoulder... i dont think ill ever be as great as you Barstarzz guys are... :)

The guy in the video only does calisthenics and only trains out of a park. Everyone on the team trains differently. We have a great beginners dvd for sale on our website. There you can see a lot of our routine. Have a great day.

My progression sucks big time, i'm not doing calis anymore cuz my shoulder got fucked up again... Next week after beach camp with school im gonna make an appointment with a doctor who's specialty is shoulder.. Hope he does his job like how he supposed 2 do it! Thanks for asking :)

The Only thing you kinda need to know for muscle ups is to have your hand OVER the bar not on the front. Then if you cant go over the bar just work more your strengh with Pull Ups and Dips

Hi there, i have been your subscriber for some time, and i decided to start doing some of these exercises. I have made some progress although i am still beginner. Me and some of my friends are thinking of making our own course for exersising, but we don't know what we need to make. So we were wondering if you could make a video explaining what we need to make to have good course. TY

I love the title of this video, what we decided to do...
Eat more calories than you burn, but mostly eat protein and carbs. If you lift weights do more weight with less reps. Basically, when you work out your muscles they will get stronger but if you do a lot of reps you will build more lean muscle instead of bulk up because the muscles start to break down (from lactic acid and repetitive use, not allowing the muscle to heal up). Ideally you would want to workout 3-4 times per week, BUT do a different muscle group each workout for that week.

2. is it possible to balance arms without the use of dumbells?

if you don't have super-muscular legs, it still doesn't mean that there is no power in your legs... my friend who is skinny and small guy, definitely not blessed with naturally big muscles can do leg workouts with same weights and as much as i do. but without weights he gets at least same number of repetitions in any movement. i am playing ice hockey and soccer, so i have quite strong legs.
