Hey Granger/Amber, do you have any issues with your hens "ganging up" on one hen and just making life horrible for it? Ours seem to do this at times, and it's worrying.

My kids were 2&3 when we drove through an animal sanctuary in MO we got Buffalo in our window and the kids jumped across to my husband I couldn't get it out, they were screaming what a time we had. In the middle was caged animal zoo and we loved the cats but my son took off after a peacock it turned and chased him! I about died laughing the second half was just as fun. What a great day!💙💚❤💜✝️🕊
From Michigan, I trust that the governor has a team behind her that is helping guide her to do what’s best for the majority. Although not fun, social distancing is the most effective way at preventing the spread. If it helps to save lives, I’m willing to sacrifice going out for however long it takes. We thank you for sharing your lives with us, you and all of the other country artists who are doing lives are helping tremendously in feeling connected to people without the actual interaction!
I reside in Western Michigan... Go Blue!!! I work in the green industry supplying perennials to many big box stores in our region. Thanks goodness that other states' governors have allowed garden centers to remain open, otherwise we'd really be hurting. I'm also married to a nurse and have several other family members who are first responders, so I can see both sides' frustrations with this pandemic. Be Smart, Be Safe and Stay Healthy!!

I'm in NC and they are protesting to reopen. All we can do is walk by faith everyday and trust in the Lord.
I'm curious to know if they were still in the box or if the moms moved them after y'all left. As for the best thing to have done for them if you wanted to save them would have been to put a couple of boards down and lay a piece of plywood over them. The boards would just to keep the plywood up off of them enough to give the moms room to get under it.

Maryland we've had protesters...in Annapolis...our Governor is Larry Hogan, a great Man. We are still staying in. Pls keep my Husband, My Son and Grandson they're essential workers, in the public. They should be receiving Hazzard pay ...my Grandson works for a Grocery Chain. It concerns me. My husband has very bad asthma but has to work. My Son just got called back into his job. The kids cracked me up again for being afraid at first of minnows lol. I like the drive through zoo places. I like it when you get to feed them. Wow that brought back memories when I went and was feeding the animals. That was a lot of mice for sure and you can only help them so much. You could have caught a huge bass with one of them. They were cute and I would have done exactly what ya'll did. I'm still working and staying healthy and I keep picking up the virus tests everyday. I loved this setup of the episode - you and Amber sitting together kind of narrating/recapping the week and then showing the clips to which you were referencing. Amber, it sounds like your car has taken a beating...the gate, the ostrich, the donkey. YIKES! And I loved how you all saved the little baby rats and tried to set them up to be safe. We’ve had some protests going on here in Pennsylvania-in Harrisburg and Pittsburgh. My fiancé (who is from Midland, TX) and I are staying home and staying safe. My back is getting sore from sitting on the couch though! I hope you all continue to stay safe and healthy! I’m LOVING all of the video uploads - on Granger Smith’s page and right here on The Smiths. I’m in Michigan and think it’s crazy. We all need to do our part in order to end the pandemic. If we stay home now it will be better in the long run so we don’t go backwards and have a relapse. Of course I’m still working and there are a lot of folks up here that are not and I totally understand why some people want to get back to work. Especially the landscapers and dog groomers to the hair stylist. They can take precautions to stop the spread.

Watching the Smiths from New York lately. It’s a wild world we are living in right now. Half of me is scared, the other half is just confused, and trying to give it up to God knowing He is in control and will use anything meant for evil, for good. I understand people want to protect their families - of course I do too, I think we all do. Some people are protesting in our cities (much smaller, much different atmosphere than NYC - opposite sides of the state) with, what I feel are very valid concerns about our rights, our liberties, and the economy. But SOOOO many people are criticizing those folks out there and saying horrible things. It feels very divided. I don’t know what to believe, I don’t know why there’s so much confusion and uncertainty. Just trying to love my neighbor and upping my daily devotional practice - largely in part to Arise with Amber! Praying for everyone affected, the essential workers, nurses, and doctors, and also staying vigilant to our constitutional, God-given rights that feel like they’re being stripped away. Thanks for sharing all that you do! I’m sharing your videos with family & friends to stay positive and uplifted during all of this! ♥️

For the kids afraid of fish, I had a similar problem when I was little but I got used to it over time. This quarantine thing has me losing my mind especially for homework since I’m so behind and I’m worried I won’t graduate. I really need a break right now. I'm in Minnesota and we have had people protesting here too. I get people's frustrations but we also need to think of that there's a bigger picture people may forget. My parents took one of their goats Blondie to see my 89 and 85 year old aunt in town. We'll get through this if we stick together and love one another because I know God is looking over us through this time and his arms are big enough to hold us all close together in love.

I’m from the upper peninsula of Michigan which has hardly any cases here at all and I’m a senior in high school which is a mess in itself. But basically my state kind of revolves around the lower peninsula so we’re just being thrown into the severe restrictions because of the big cities. Needless to say it’s irritating to just have to go along with everything when we’re hardly affected. But both grangers channel and the smiths have made things so much better I can’t even begin to describe it. Love you guys!!!
