Destiny answered the phone when I called in to customer service.She is an expert on pellett grills.
It took 2 different procedures to fix my problem and their customer service was outstanding through it all.
Problem solved.

ok, smoker... would recommend other brands especially for Customer Experience. I had paint bubbles shrugged off by Z Grills customer service, leaking grease from poor seam welds, and the temperature can fluctuate 20 plus degrees from selected temp and external temp probes. Customer service pushed my concerns with so many "try this" or "see if it continues, when you...." finally the warranty ran out and that was the last excuse they needed.

Wish they would get back with me on my new 700D4E that was just delivered Saturday and i was putting it together and found some parts are broken around the auger. Been trying to reach them and received email but cant get ahold of them.
