Ben is a UK based Mountain Leader who runs the outdoor adventure company and popular TH-cam Channel "Summit & Beyond". Ben's journey began after joining the British Army at the age of 16 and after completing 5 years of service, left to pursue a career in youth & care work. He's spent time in South Africa helping on community and youth projects, implemented an "AWARD WINNING" climbing programme for the NHS to help those with early stage psychosis reintegrate back into society whilst learning to become a climbing instructor at the same time, whilst operating as a Mountain Leader, helping spread mindfulness and wellbeing to those who wish to explore the mountains.
